I believe it is heartburn (I currently take nexium). But this is the first time i feel a bit of pain shooting down to my left wrist. My heart feels a little uncomfortable at this time. Any insite would be helpful. Thanks,

You could be having a minor heart attack. You should go get checked out by a doctor, before it become more severe.

Mr. get yourself to a doctor, call someone close or call an ambulance I really think your in the process of a heart attack.
I've been there and know what they are, I am a heart patient. I think you'd better call 911 and tell them to send an ambulance. Quick.

If you feel that your left side is paralised , (cant move ) you should call the emergency services straight away . If you didnt get this pain before you should get it checked out by a doctor to be on the safe side.

You probably should call your doc. Those can be signs of a heart attack.
Take an aspirin - not tylenol or aleve....but aspirin - that can help if you are having a heart attack.
