No, that's fine. Dogs love sausage for a treat, but of course, too much will make them sick.

dogs stomaches are designed to eat many foods, they can even eat rotting meat! although i would not suggest feeding that to your dog, the sausage is not going to hurt the dog. but go check out that website that was already posted.

Ofcourse not!!! It is unhealthy for the dogs and you shouldn't do it more often but he won't feel bad of it (I mean, it happent only once). My dog always eats everything she finds on the street (I don't know how to stop her). Howewer, she very rarely feels sick because of it.
