Come on, now, that's not nice. I can tell you're being sarcastic.
Look, I'm not Mormon, and I don't agree with much of their doctrine. I think they're wrong. However, by the definition of "Christian," they ARE Christians.
Definition of Christian:
1. One who has accepted that Jesus Christ is the Son of God.
2. One who has accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior.
3. One who has repented of their sins.
4. And most of all, because without this it would invalidate the others, they must strive to lead a Christ-like life.
Do many Mormons do this, and have they done this? Yes, and YES!
I believe that as long as a person does those things, they are a Christian. I don't care if they're JW, Mormon, Pentecostal, Methodist, Baptist, Nazarene, Catholic, Lutheran, or WHATEVER. They are CHRISTIANS.
We can disagree on EVERYTHING else, but so long as we have those fundamentals, we can call each other brothers and sisters in Christ!

No, there not Christians, and the book of mormon is not an additional supplement to the bible. The bible the real word of God clearly says in Revelation 19 or 20, do not add to my word or take away from it. And I believe it also says all that do so are an abomination. That's really bad to be an abomination. And that's what the mormon's are doing, there abominating the whole world with there cult religion. That is based on some man's vision while he was on crack he thinks he saw a divine Revelation of God, when in reality, what the mormon's believe, is not biblical, it's not truth, and they don't even believe that Jesus is the Son of God, they are not truth, they are a cult!

whether one believes the Bible or not, you cannot deny the archeological evidence supporting much of what is in the Bible- at the very least, the Bible has proven to be historically accurate regarding places, times , people and things in use.
The book of Mormon on the other hand is a collection of stories, some of whch Joseph Smith were telling long before his supposed encounter with the angel Moroni. There is no archeological evidence to support much of anyhting in the book of mormon, as a matter of fact, some of the things in the book of mormon contradict historical facts. It is also impossible for the book of mormon to be an addition to the Bible as much of what the mormon church teaches directly contradicts what Jesus taught.
The book of mormon is nothing more than a collection of stories penned by a very creative but possibly disturbed man who rejected the truth of God's word and the truth of who Jesus is.

Can you offer a cohesive proof that these so-called gold plates ever existed? The 12 witnesses all seem to have ultimately claimed they "saw" the book with their 'spiritual eyes', not physical.
How come Smith never thought to make a 'rubbing' of the engravings? How come if he wasn't supposed to show the book to anyone, he had no problem telling everyone and their brother about it?
How come the "Caractors" paper do not match Professor Antons description of what he was shown by Harris at all?
What possessed the Nephites to abandon their sacred language of god for a written script based on their former captors?
Yep - Great stories, but that's all they are.

Mormons are Chrsitians, I say this because they believe in Christ and they believe He died for our sins, they also have his name in their church and they end their prayer with his name. They also baptize in his name, and they have many teachings in church about him and his life, they consider him to be the head of their church. Whether we agree or disagree with the LDS churches teachings, if you think they are not-Christ like or contradict the Bible, we are not to judge who is Christian and who is not. That is not our judgement. So if Mormons claim to be Christian and they seem to be following Christs teachings to the best of their abilities and undertsandings, then good for them.
As for the BOM, to the LDS it is an addition to the Bible, but for others it is not, so it can go both ways, personally I do not believe it is, and I have read it more then once.

Yes they are. And to those that quote Rev. 22:18 don't forget
Rev 22:19. And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.
You Can not pick and choose verses to use. Use all of the Word or non at all.

Mormons are not Christian, they're a cult. The word "christian" means "Christ follower." It seems the Mormons follow Joseph Smith more than Christ.
There was no need for "more information." God already gave it.
Not to mention, Joseph Smith was a false prophet. Look up "Joseph Smith failed prophesies" and you'll see all the prophesies he prophesied that failed.
Also, God was not created by another God and you will never become God either. If a god created God, then who created the first God? God is God and always has and always will be God. Your "new and more information books" contradict the Bible and you go more by the Book of Mormon than you do the Bible itself.
Have you ever considered you're going to outer darkness?
Have you also considered the "angel" Joseph saw was unholy? 2 Corinthians 11:14 IN THE BIBLE says that even Satan disguises himself as an angel of light.

The Book of Mormon is nothing more than a retelling of some Biblical passages, reworked in a way to make it seem that they occurred in the Americas.

God knows the heart.
BUT,
why is there a need for an ADDITIONAL/SUPPLEMENTAL book to the Bible? The Bible needs no help of such type. In fact this
SO CALLED,
additional/supplemental book to the Bible, is nothing more than a way to explain
AWAY
what scripture has to say.
JUST THE WAY
the 7th day Adventist have their book which is suppose to go along with the Bible.
BUT,
these types of religious institutions seek to make the Bible
SUBJECT
to their so called additions or supplemental books, and
NOT,
the other way around.
