when you wash your face use something for oily skin so it can balance it. also, don't over-moisturize since your skin has enough natural oils. um...try not to touch your face throughout the day cuz oil from your hands can breakout your face...actually, people should try not to do that in general...i know i should. i think food can contribute to your skin only bcuz what's in food helps keep our bodies conditioned or whatever so just watch what you eat and limit your greasy food intake for your overall health. eating food that is good for you makes you feel good and look good, too.
