i am considerably alittle overweight for my height. normal for my height should be around 185 but i am 7-8 lb overweight. rest of my body is pretty skinny except my chin, love handle and stomach... i have one huge stomach... sometimes seems like im pregnant. my parents are very skinny. i do not consume any beer or alcohol. i havent smoked for 10 months. i exercise at least an hour a day. (mostly cardio) but my stomach is soooo huge! is it because i consume lot of liquid? i drink around 8-10 cups of water per day and 2-3 cups of green tea. no soda. no juice. what am i doing wrong? any advice? did my stomach stretch??

Dude, your stomach can't be stretched to the point of no return from being 7-8 pounds over weight. You really should be asking your doctor these questions. Maybe you have a tumor. Who knows? See your doctor!

get a doctor to check urself out, usually if u exercise a lot and drink a lot of water and green tea it's suppose to be good for u, if u have a big round stomach u might have an infection, u should go get it check...that's my best answer i can give u because it shouldnt be like that.

8-10 cups of water, now that's alot. I only drink 2-3 cups of water a day. I also heard green tea makes people fat. Try ginseng tea. Start lifting weights.

Dude you are a guy no worries about your weight. I'm 6'1" 200lbs and I look good nakid if I do say so my self.
If it is your stomach that you are dissatisfied with though do sit ups. and Alot of them. Like 100 a day.
Get to a gym and get in to a sit-ups class. You will learn what real pain is all about.

I was wondering, your Asian, as am I - do you eat alot of rice? and carbs? I used to have a huge stomach and cut back on the amount of rice I was eating and the huge stomach is gone!

hmmm... maybe you should do sit ups! thatll work on your tummy a bit! or go to the gym and work on those machines...

maybe even if you can, get a personal trainer, nobody can beat that!

You could have ascites, this is a symptom of severe liver disease. See a doctor as soon as possible.
