Common symptoms of anemia include severe fatigue, shortness of breath, diminished activity level, reduced overall feeling of well-being and possible mental dysfunction.
Anemia may also exacerbate existing medical conditions. For example, the heart has to work harder in an anemic patient, which may aggravate a heart condition.
Because a reduction in red blood cells decreases the ability to absorb oxygen from the lungs, serious problems can occur in prolonged and severe anemia that is not treated. Anemia can lead to secondary organ dysfunction or damage, including heart arrhythmia and heart failure.

Being anemic myself, I can tell you that you will experience fatigue, nausea is possible as well. Because anemia is a result of having low iron, you can take a iron supplement to aid this. And you'll be fine. I would say speak to your doctor if this is something that is of high concern to you, they could prescribed a better iron supplement that could help out a lot. Hope this helps a bit!

You mean anemic? It means you have low-iron in your blood and is certainly not a mental health issue.
The main side-effect is you will be very tired all the time and may bruise easily. It can be easily detected with a blood test and easily fixed with supplements and increasing things like red meat in your diet.

dizzy, weak,...pale skinned,...ringing in the ears sometimes...if you are enemic, please be careful not to medicate, because too much iron can also be bad.
