Absolutely. This is called a "duplicate collection system". Some people go their entire lives without even knowing they have this problems. Occasionally, it requires surgery, if the urethra's join into one before they go into the bladder and there is scar tissue or reflux or frequent infections. Most of the time it is actually a fairly benign condition. If you also have hearing loss or any pits that look like acne scars around your ears, look into something called Branchio Oto Renal syndrome, where hearing loss is associated with the duplicate collection system.

There's no reason why such a person should not live a full lifespan. However, 3 urethras is stretching credibility a bit.
