Stress is a part of life, and you can't diminish it. What you can do is learn better ways of responding to the stresses you are exposed to. There are a plethora of stress management classes out there, call you local mental health clinics, ask your doctor, even colleges have them. Learn better coping skills and the stress won't be able to affect you so much.

There are several different ways to diminish stress: Exercise, yoga, reading, turning the stereo up and dancing or singing, screaming whatever, going for a walk, going outside and just relaxing, find something that works for you I exercise, sit outside, and take a hot bath just depending on what I feel like at the time when I am stressed. But something will work for you.

Depends what kind of stress it is. All my life I had stress before school. When I was little, I'd always had nausea, but as I got older, and only experience stress during the first week of school, I started to drink this special tea to calm my stomach done at night and in the morning.
