I realize I shouldn't answer because I am agnostic not atheist, but I like your question.
I would tell God that whatever it was which enabled me to live, gave me the logic to realize that the God as portrayed in the Bible was prejudiced against most people, gave an unattractive view of Heaven, was either more stupid than me, in leaving the tree of knowledge in a place where Adam was, given eternity, certain to partake of it, or had planned for man to be stupid enough to invent good and evil.
I would tell God that the churches fought his wishes at the begining of the Bible, making people feel afraid to go outside wearing nothing but the clothes they were born with.
I would tell God that if it was that which enabled everything, and judged no one, and if the afterlife was what I had in my imagination rather than that crap in the Bible, then I was greatful it enabled me to disregard the God of any religion, and for this wonderful experience of life, and I would ask God if I could call it 'Nature'?

On the very slim chance that I am, indeed, wrong and there is a "god", I would like to have some very strong words with him.
I would ask why he was such an evil asshole that allowed the amount of hatred, abuse, neglect, murder, homophobia, racism, sexism, etc, in the world.
But,anyway I'm never going to have to ask because "god" is a fictional character.

If there really was a 'god' i would tell 'him' that i lived a pretty good live even by current standards.
I would explain that i can not control my homosxuality, but if i have to go to hell i insit on dragging the homophobic christians straight down there with me. Surley making my life a misery for something i cannot change is worse?
Also i would explain why i did not believe. I would say that heaven was looking fabulous when i arrived. Also i would explain that the concept of heaven was too amzing for me to understand. (a little flattery should work nicely)
i would compliment his hair too. I may be a lesbian but mabey i should show him i am not useless at style.
I think this should get me into heaven, if heaven exists.

God, you had a VERY bad publicist.
He only told a few people about you thousands of years ago, and then just let the rumor mill go haywire with a multitude of conflicting stories.
Your bio is more confusing than Madonnas. No, not that Madonna, the other one. Yeah, her.
Who was responsible? Was it Michael? Gaberial? No? You mean you put the job of publicity in the hands of that Lucifer guy just before he quit and changed his name?
Zeesh, bad call dude.
As a result, you won't find many smart people will believe in you, sorry.

What would you do if you found out that your bible is B.S?
The Bible, especially the New Testament, is a fabrication of the Roman Emperors to pacify a rebellious Judea, who subsequently edited the Old Testament ex post facto to prophesize about the Roman invented Jesus myth.
So, now that we have that cleared up. I am not an Athiest and do believe in a good things and a higher power and I also don't need a man made book to tell me otherwise. I have a conscience and a heart for that.

"I used the brain I had, applied the evidence that was present, and made the best sense of what I knew. If that's not enough for you, God, then you're more at fault for making faith so senseless but requiring us to make sense of the world in order to survive. Go ahead and condemn me. Atheists have more integrity than any God ever described in the Bible. And while you're at it, f*** yourself."

I would ask why I wasn't presented with enough proof. I would ask why the Bible tended to contradict itself. I would ask why, if all these people were supposedly Christian, why they acted in un-Christlike ways.
I would apologize.
But I sincerely believe that God, if He is so forgiving, would understand why I chose not to believe - I am surrounded by "Christians" that follow God's word (which was written by humans...which are fallible), that He abandoned me and left me to find my own way...that he allowed senseless things to happen. If God is a rescuer, why does he allow Satan to run rampant?
But I would apologize for my non-belief, and I would accept whatever fate He resigned me to. After all, it was my own choice to not follow whatever "signs" that He existed, and I chose to question and not believe. It's my own fault, and I accept my fate.
