So yesterday my bf and I had a little disagreement. He said I was acting weird. He said "what's up with you is it your time of the month or what" I was so stunned I hung up the phone.Aren't we entitled to express our moodsat any time of the month.

P.s It was not my time of the month.

It means "Is this a bad mood as a result of hormones or have I actually done something very wrong?" I would never say that, I'm not that dumb. It starts a whole new argument that I have no chance of coming away from unscathed.

When a man loves a woman, nothing else matters. He turns his back on his best friend if he puts her down.
It's not a good sign if he feels he can do this. I know there's such a thing as feeling free to express yourself to the one you love, BUT that is so wrong.
Guys only say means things to hurt on purpose to hurt. It was deliberate, not a off the top of his head remark. Be careful. IF it continues, you might have to let him go.
One thing for sure, if a guy doesn't respect a woman, he'll never truly love her.

Most men don't understand that women are emotional creatures. Men don't express theirs in the same open fashion so they don't know how to respond when a woman is upset. Usually when a man says something like that, he's going on the defensive because he doesn't understand the emotional response, doesn't know how to respond to the emotions or is possibly trying to toss the blame of the disagreement on the woman.

Well, I wouldn't be upset really at what he said, just that he was trying to belittle my opinion and blame it on my hormones. Tell him to knock it off or you'll start talking about his new blue balls.

I would never say that to my girlfriend. He is a rude and disrespectful boyfriend! You deserve somebody better for you!
