sum1 told me that if u change ur caloreis each day like 1000 day 1500 the next it is beta to loose weight because your metabolic rate doesnt slow down to burn a low amount like 1000 is it true?

No it is best to maintain a healthy diet. Yo-Yoing like that may help you loose weight in the short run but not long term.

not true - your metabolism needs to know what its working with. if you eat one day enough and next day deprive your body- it will start storing fat no matter what amount of calories next day you will eat.
