I suggest that before you make any comments about illiterate people, you learn how to compose a simple sentence.

God created people to "follow", we all have a certain drive to find a higher power than ourselves. The problem people encounter, I believe is because believing in God requires faith. Believing in the unseen and unheard is very difficult. It is easier to follow flesh and blood that is a hero or a person of great knowledge, or a great warrior depending on the culture. Also, these "false prophets" lead people away from God and Satan loves nothing better. Remember, Adam had the authority over the earth and everything here. When he sinned, he gave it to Satan and Satan only has a short time and he is trying to get to God through hurting the ones He loves. This is my belief of why we "drink the Kool-aid" too often.

Artoris Lucius Castus aka King Arthur raised a standard against Religious Hypocrsy using his Knightley talents.
All truly holy people with any integrity should follow his example and do the same. The union of Tribal Britons and
early Protestantism [protesting religious hypocrisy] gave
birth to Great Britian or my great, great, great grandmother
is not Queen Victoria.

If that's the holy spirit then the holy spirit had already came when Jesus (upon him peace) was being baptised, right?
So why would he come again?
Answer is this is Muhammad (peace and blessings of God be upon him) who is described in the Quran as a mercy to the universe.
Is the one who comforts a mercy?

I'm still trying to figure out what exactly you asked here.....
But the Holy Spirit is the Comforter that Christ promised to all believers after His resurrection.
And if you are a Christian, the Holy Spirit lives & dwells within you....guiding you into all truth.

I do not remember anyone ever claiming that Arthur was a prophet nor did he write a new covenant for all people.

King Artur is not accepted as having been an actual person by almost all people. and even according to his legend, he never claimed to be god, or even a prophit.
your question is not clear.
