It seems like she's choking on something. It's been two days now. What should I do?

She's actually my sister's dog.

Well, people are wondering why am I on the computer instead of nursing the dog. My sister's with the dog earlier. I don't want to sound like some kind of dog "abuser" for overlooking her well-being.

He may have been exposed to kennel cough, he needs to visit the vet as this can lead to pnemonia. Other possibilities are heartworm, foreign body, congestive heart failure...just to name a few. Bottom line is that he needs to see the vet.

Is your dog on a heart worm preventative? Heart worms make a dog cough.
Do you give your dog rawhides to chew? They can lodge in the dog and cause lots of problems even death.
After 2 days of coughing I would get to a vet ASAP and find out what is causing it.

Come on , Mate. If you know that your dog is in trouble like this why not take it to the Vet. You took on this dog to protect, look after and care for.
If the boot was on the other foot I'll bet that dog would do it's darndest to help you out. NOW GET IT TO THE VET

You should go to the VET! Why the heck are you letting your dog go through this for two days? And why are you fiddling around on the internet instead of asking someone who would actually be able to examine her and see what's wrong?

Did taking her to the vet ever cross your mind???????? HELLOOOOOO. Your dog needs to see a vet. COughing could be anything from heart disease to heart worms ot kennel cough to something stuck in her throat. How are we supposed to guess the severity of the problem or tell you what to do other then GO TO THE VET.

Get your dog into the vets. It could be anything from allergies to kennel cough. Both need to be treated by your vet.
This should have been a no brainer!!!

take the dog to the vet often dogs swallow things..you dont give any info about the diog so go to the vet before the dog is dead...
