Who's fault was it?
Busch or Stewart???

So far, thank goodness, most agree with me.
I was there, across from pit road - I know Stewart is stubborn - but, it was clearly NOT his fault.
Plus as stated below - Busch's "bonehead" move in the pits just makes me lose more respect.....
Thanx everyone!

Omg...am I actually going to agree with Mary D on something?!?!? I guess there is a first time for everything. lol
I think Kurt's spotter was mostly to blame. He was probably up there saying, "Clear high, clear high...wait!!!", but it was too late. Sure, Tony could have gave Kurt a little wiggle room, but we know how much Tony gives...it's about equal to as much as Kurt gives. It was just bound to happen sooner or later between them, especially when they were racing like they were. However, if I HAD to put blame on one of the drivers, I would actually have to say it was Kurt's fault. He needed the whole track to make that pass on the bottom. He didn't have it, so he tried to take it. But, it didn't work.

Stewart knew what was going to happen when he didn't back off of Busch and he kept it floored anyway and took him out. Kurt didn't allow himself enough room but Tony could have avoided that if he wanted to.
We've saw what was done in the pits hundreds of times. But with a crew member out there it was truly a bonehead move. Nascar hopefully will hand Busch a harsh penalty.

Busch and/or his spotter was at fault. You can't really say if Busch's spotter gave him the clear, or if the spotter didn't and Busch ignored him or if either of them were just not paying attention. Perhaps it was Busch's way of expressing how he felt about Tony at that moment. Best would be to hear the convo between Busch and his spotter. Busch was being aggressive yesterday..he was lucky not to crash/spin out when him and Biffle got into it before the Tony incident.

Busch was at fault. In his mind he does no wrong. If you don't believe me just ask him or his punk *** little brother. Still trying to figure out how he win a championship. Stewart was not guilty yesterday and if he was it was for very around Busch when he had a brain fart. Go SMOKE

After watching it on tape last night I thought it looked like Tony had a little help from somebody behind him. It wasn't real clear but it seemed like the 20 car got bumped into the 2. I don't really care though, it was a win/win situation for me in my fantasy league. The deal on pit road is definitely a boneheaded move by Kurt, he could have hurt one of Tony's crew.

I put the blame on both of them.....Busch was racing Tony very hard for several laps....when he saw an opening low he took it.....Most drivers would let the pass go at that....ie. Carl Edwards and Jimmy Johnson earlier in the same race.... Not Tony....apparently the pride of beating someone out of the corner is more important to Tony than his car or his or someone else's life.... Lighten up both of you....it's just a race!

On the track: Tony's fault
Kurt accidently hit him, and then Tony rammed his car into Kurt's on purpose. It's obviously.
On pit road: Kurt's fault
That was stupid and uncalled for.
Both men are at fault, but since Kurt's was the most dangerous, he has become the extrememly bad guy while everyone takes up for Tony as if he never did a thing wrong.

Busch

Even if it were Stewart's fault what Kurt did in the pits is unacceptable and he should be punished.
