career in b.tech after polytech?

i want to know that their is any scope for doing b.tech after polytech and some best colleges in delhi for b.tech.

Definitely. Most people have master degree these days. PhD may be a bit too much unless you want to teach. Bachelor degree mean you can do work, and master means that you can do research.

Why do not you go for the best...Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur?
