Thanks for any help.

We've had the car less than a month & it was sold as is.

Thanks!

Lemon laws are written for new cars only.

For a purchase of a used vehicle, you need to purchase your own protection/warranty.

If you purchased the car, as is, then you'll only get the car as is. Sorry.

Lemon Laws apply to original purchases of new cars only. This is a used car It is very unrealistic to expect a new vehicle to be declared a Lemon and get your money back after only 1 trip to the dealer for warranty repairs.

Did the seller give you a 30 day guarantee or a guarantee of any kind ?

Texas, I don't know their lemon laws or whether the lemon laws cover used cars.

Looks bad. How much are you out ? If the car were a salvage car from a flood or whatever and they did not tell you, you have a chance.

Good luck.

"AS-IS" means just that. You buy the car in the condition it is in, with no warranty of any kind. Did you have the car checked out by your own mechanic prior to purchase? If not. why not?
