When you go for a walk or run outside, where do you put your keys and cell phone?

My cell phone stays in the car, so no one disturbs me during me time. I keep a spare key seperate for my car that I put on my necklace.

My cell stays in the car, I put my keys on the inside of the bed of my truck.

I don't take my cell phone. I have shorts/pants with zipper pockets to put my keys in or just carry them.
