When the person is alone, they blurt out stuff like "I'm in love" or "i'm pregnant" that came out of nowhere not even triggered by a thought and after they say it they are irritated that they said something that is false, and wonders why they blurt out stuff that's not true when nobody's around?

Im guessing it couldbe tourettes syndrome. Sometimes my little brother runs around and babbles on stupid things that come out of nowhere to no one in particular. Sometimes when Im around my friends I'll come out of nowhere and say "I love you guys!' or something like that l..but thats probably just because im a little wierd lol. But yes, I would say tourettes and if its really bothering you guys look up some more info on WebMD or some other site. I hope this helped! Take care :)

That behavior does not appear to me to be Tourette's. As the list of symptoms below indicate, vocalizations from people with Tourette's are obsenities, not thing's like "I am pregnant."

I would go from bi-polar.

"Official Symptoms of Tourette Syndrome

A simple diagnosis of Tourette Syndrome would only require you to have these basic qualifications as symptoms of Tourette Syndrome: involuntary body movements and vocal outbursts (Tics) for at least 12 months. That's it! If you have Tourette Syndrome Only aka "TS-Only" officially all you will have are tics. You can view the complete official diagnostic criteria for Tourette's Disorder (DSM) here.

Common Official Tourette Syndrome Symptoms

• Tics (list) are rapid movements or sounds that are repeated over and over for no reason. Tics are brief, intermittent, repetitive, nonrhythmic, unpredictable, purposeless, stereotyped movements (motor tics) or sounds (phonic or vocal tics). Although Tourette Syndorme tics are often described as "rapid" or "sudden," not all are; some tics are "held" or "tonic" movements involving freezing in a position for a few seconds. A person with a tic can't control the movement or sounds. Read more about Tourette Syndrome Tics...

Rare Official Tourette Syndrome Symptoms

• Coprolalia (complex vocal tic - outburst of obscenities and curse words) and other coprophenomena."
