The government-sanctioned site is www.annualcreditreport.com. It will give you a main screen with all three credit bureaus' information. Click the first bureau and go through the motions with that one - fill out the info, verify account numbers, etc. Then go back to the main page and do the same thing with the next bureau until you obtain all three.
These reports will not include your scores, as you have to pay in order to see those.
