Well, first off DON'T listen to Jackal. Second off, don't pretend to be something your not. If he doesn't love you for who you are, he shouldn't love you at all. And, don't push it. Just take it slow with him, have a conversation with him every now and then, wave, say hi, smile whenever you see him. Eventually, you will probably become friends, and that friendship may became something more. Just don't push it, it will be awkward for him, and you if you do. Be yourself, and even if he doesn't end up liking you, you will probably meet a different guy one day that you love and he loves you back. Well, good luck! :-) P.S. Oh yeah, I think you put this in the wrong section, lol. Oh well! It happens to everyone once in a while! lol.

You can't make someone like you if they don't. If you should succeed in presenting yourself as someone he would like, it just wouldn't work, and you and he would not be happy and the relationship would self-destruct. But don't give up, entirely. Sometimes, things have a way of coming around. Continue with your own life and interests....be friendly and pleasant but not clingy and a pushover with him. I knew a guy through school who was superfine, dated a very popular girl all through school...everyone figured they would be together forever. He got out of school and married a very quiet, studious little girl from our calculus class (which he horsed around in). No one even knew they knew each other. Ya never can tell.

Let it go. I know it's tough to do this but you need to focus yor interest elsewhere. On someone who will love and appreciate you the way you deserve to be loved.
Don't settle for someone you think you want. Look for someone who wants you back. There is a special someone out there for you, chosen by God, waiting and looking for you the way you are waiting and looking for them. DOn't waste yourself on someone who will never love you completely like you deserve to be.
Be patient and live your life. He will be there when the time is right. Work on your other dreams in the meantime.

but anyway, I've experienced this many times. and it hurts! but the best thing to do is try to get over this boy so you don't feel worse.
