It will sound very weird but, when my parents got married (early 60's), it took Dad a couple of weeks to figure out that Mom only knew how to cook one dish;
Mom's "poor man's tuna casserole".
You cook a couple of boxes of Kraft mac N cheese (do not mix in the cheese powder) mix in a couple cans of tuna, some peas and carrots, and milk. Stir it all up and bake for 30 minutes. Then pull it out and sprinkle the cheese powder over the top and bake for another 5 to 10 minutes.
Yummy.
I have tried making it, but she apparently took part of the recipe to her grave with her.
It still tastes good though.
She did finally learn to cook a few more dishes, but Dad still did most of the cooking.

I like Shrimp Fettuccine with plenty of basil and garlic. A nice salad as well as plenty of Crusty bread and a big glass of Pinot Grigio. MMM, I might have to get in the kitchen

Anything that is fresh and that is considered to be fusion cuisine. I also like Japanese food quite a bit.
