I'm almost a teenager and I'm 5'4. At the begginng of the year, I would eat junk food everyday. I weighed 120 lbs. So in February, I realized, "what the heck am I doing?" So I stopped eating tons of junk food everyday and watched what I was eating. I also took gymnastics and jump roped a lot. I lost 10 lbs since February. Now, I feel like I'm still eating the way I used when I was 120 lbs. I gained one in a hlaf lb. My mom said that was because I was on my you know what. [dot] I weight 111.5 lbs. Is that overweight for a 13 year old? And whats the best weight I can lose more weight. I reallly want my thighs and my butt to be thinner.

you really just have to exercise and watch what you eat... I'm not sure what the healthy weight for a 13yr old is, but if your doctor says you're fine, then don't worry about it, just exercise to stay healthy...

@ 111.5 lbs you are on the thin side of 5'4''. It sounds to me like you are worrying to much about your weight. It is okay to eat junk food every now and then especially when you are being active. Don't worry about a half a Pound or even five your weight fluctuates throughout the day as you eat and exercise etc. . . You sound like a perfectly normal 13 year old girl.

If you want smaller thighs and butt you should maybe exercise those areas to tone those muscles. You could also try Tybi or yoga something high energy that is going to keep your attention and keep you busy. I don't feel that you are anywhere near being overweight. But it is good do take an active stance on being healthy.

find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Just exercise and eat right. Personally I think you are too young to be this concerned with your weight.
