Some that does seem too good actually are very good. If you are the one offering the pie in the sky that is.
Sure is a lot of them on the net and a lot of people do spend their money and are much poorer than before.

I learned a long time ago.....if something is "too good" to be true it's probably NOT true. I follow my instincts.

that does not mean that you cant pursue it just go in with your eyes open and be AWARE!
