Do you remember the old "SANDOKAI" TV series?

SANDOKAI was a Japanese TV serie: a mix of science fiction with martial arts. I haven't seen this serie for years!

If I remember correctly this show aired briefly in the United States but was deemed to violent for the age group and program type that it was aimed at. The organization that monitors television violence and programing in the United States said that it would have to air at night after 8 PM instead of Saturday morning on regular television.

At the same time there was also an American produced program that also was going to fall victim to this and there was some talk as to if there would be a law suit over censorship as a result of these two programs.
