Approach it this way, and next year you'll be asking "WHY did I get the cheapest boob jobs?" I know it's not easy to make the decision that you really want the surgery. But consider that with the cheapo job, the shape will be least convincing and the scar will show the most, JUST when you want them to look the most real: when they are uncovered.
If it means waiting longer, so be it. But if you really must use surgery to feel better about your body, make sure you get it in a way that won't leave you more disappointed and self-conscious than before. Save up for the better-quality job.

WOW be careful!! I have never had a boob job so I couldnt tell you who does it cheap. My main concern is that you find someone who maybe is not so expensive but a very good doctor. A doctor you want to check out. There are alot of women who are scarred for life because they didnt do their research and only looked at the price. If this should happen to you( and I sure hope it doesnt) It will cost you 5 times the amount of money to have the damage fixed and if it can be fixed. Please I only care. Be careful--Okay?

Don't ever get the cheapest cosmetic surgery!!! You want quality and to get a quality job you might need to go with the most expensive. I am a nurse and I can begin to tell you about the surgery gone wrong that I've seen. I had one patient that lost her nipple because she went with price and not references. Please before doing this research the doctor and ask for pictures of previous work as well as written letters from past clients.

Ummm... If I were going to get a boob job finding the cheapest one wouldn't be my first priority. Just remember, you get what you pay for.

They have plenty of low price plastic surgery clinics in Thailand. The results are quite good also.
Whatever medical or dental treatment you want it will be a tiny fraction of the US price anywhere in Asia. The standard of care is similar with many doctors trained in the west - but there aren't any malpractice suites to drive the prices up.

Abroad, but I'd recommend saving up for a bit longer and finding a good, reputable surgeon closer to home. That way the work will be better and you'll get better aftercare if there are any problems. I've heard too many horror stories from people who went for cheap plastic surgery abroad. I think you should get the best treatment you can afford- remember the implants will need to last a long time and be easy to remove when you need to have them replaced.

I would be far more concerned with quality rather than price. Have you seen cheap breast augmentations? They look awfu, and they look very, very fake. Going "cheap" for any kind of plastic surgery is not a good idea. If you're concerned about cost, check out the option of having the surgery done in Mexico or in India.
