I just woke up and am starving. I've been revamping my diet to a much healthier one but light yogurt and cereals don't sound good today. Any healthy breakfast suggestions? (p.s. I'm a vegetarian).

A healthy breakfast that's quick and easy, 4 poached eggs, sunnyside up with a smidge of barley. Lined with 3 strips of bacon split on the ends over a lightly oven toasted croussant sprinkled with dried condensed milk and sunflower seeds. Flank your plate with a tossing of your favorite vinnegrette sauce.

egg.. umm toast, tea, or milk, OJ... be creative! Look around your fridge and kitchen and whip something up if you have time. but if you dont then just find something which doesnt take time to prepare (eg apple). I have read that apples are good for concentration as well as eggs.hope this helps
