There are lots of ways; there are few good ones.
There are many popular books that purport to give an explanation of Wicca in particular, and Witchcraft and paganism in general, that are quite foolish and misleading.
If you would like to see what it's really about, I would recommend going to http://www.magickaschool.com
There, you can register for a free one-year course that will take you through the basics. As well as being a good course and overview in its' own right, it provides extensive references and reading lists that you can expand upon your knowledge wtih. Being free, it is well worth the cost, but it does not skimp in any way; it's not the fluff-bunny sort of thing that the bookstore shelves are replete with.
Other than that, you can email me; let me know what you are looking to "find out", and I might be able to help you.

There's lots of information all over the net. Also, pick up the book "Wicca: A Guide to the Solitary Practitioner" by Scott Cunningham.

The book stores have tons of material. Basically, it is the belief you can have magic powers through a male and/or female god and/or goddess (generally it favors "the goddess," but this isn't mandatory. Wicca is syncratic, which basically means it borrows freely from any belief system that happens to fit what they want. There is no stable state, but rather each person includes in the "Book of Shadows," whatever they believe and think will be important or useful to them.

First of all, forget the Jesus nuts. If you really have a desire to explore your own spiritual self, go for it. You can start off, as others have suggested, by 'Googling' it. www.wicca.org also has some very useful information.
Most of all though, wicca is about finding your own place in the world around you and that can only be discovered by searching. Best of luck on your journey.

Be careful about websites on the internet...I would go to the bookstore and instead of buying the book just get a coffee or something in the cafe thingy (if you go to a broders or barnes and nobles) and just sit down and read it for a while...thats what i did when i wanted to learn about it a few years back...or go to the library...have fun...its an interesting religion to learn about...

Just type Wicca into google search bar, hit return then wade through millions of hits till you find what you want. Here's one of the ones I found willing to teach.

See if there is a New Aged Store in you area, they will have information on meetings. If your not ready to meet people then any good book shop will have thousands of books in the mind, body and spirit section.
Good luck, blissed be.

Go to the library. Buy books on amazon. Research online. Subcribe to a Wicca magazine. Use your noggin, silly child.
