Probably every human being suffers almost unbearably at one time or another. Depression is an illness just as if you had a physical illness like an infection. There are all kinds of ways for you to get through this. 1) Talk to a friend. 2) Talk to an adult you trust like a parent, teacher, or other relative. 3)See a doctor. There is medication for this condition as well as counseling. The fact that you're asking for help proves that you don't want to die. 4) Check out your local hotline or youth services and call them. The Internet is fine, but there's nothing better than a person to person conversation because you get immediate feedback. Please do something immediately. I guarantee this will pass, but you need someone to help you.

You need to be patient and keep hoping for better days.
I have a dairy and before going to sleep I write down with my left hand some positive phrases that will distract my negative thoughts, imagine the person I would like to become. I practice meditation and try hard to forgive myself and other people for the things done in the past and not to repeat the same mistakes. I trust myself, discover my inner sources and try to use that strength, try to love me and accept everything that is happening.

Prozac and Xanax. I have felt like you for years and seriously, I couldn't survive without medication. It helps you see life in a different way -- the way I like to call normal. But for the moment, if you don't have meds to take, try to just go to sleep if you can or talk to someone who can make you laugh. You can't kill yourself. If you did you would make too many people sad. Hope you feel better!

people get down in life when they look at the BIG picture of life and all the problems... I came across this problem and one day it dawned on me... being in college i felt stressed out about studying all this stuff so instead i followed this doctors study method which broke things down into smaller portions and i believe that is what we need to do with life. We all look at all the problems and get overbear ed but what we need to do is just focus on life little by little piece by piece. that should help temp., but the best thing to do would be to talk to your doctor and seek help in ways to cope with things.

I guess when it really gets bad...I think to my self , I'm tough, tougher then what comes down the road at me and I'm not a quitter,...this world is not stronger then me and many have gone on with less then me .I'm not going to give in or drop out of the race ...I will make the finish line.....

I changed my whole sitution. I got off my pity pot and started walking a lot for excersise. It eally helped me. Take a long hot shower and move into a new place if you can aford it. Do anything but sit and be depressed.

if you cant get thorugh this on your own, go to a psychiatrist ... if you cant afford one, get prozac.... you might feel angrier or down first 2 weeks but it'll be ok after 2 weeks...

time is what got me through hard times, i know it sounds really obvious but theres only so much you can suffer untill you cant anymore and you just get better, i hope you get better soon x x
