Hey,
Just consumed about 150g of fries that might not have been cooked properly (Some were fairly hard, but over cooking does that too so i ate them anyway), but is there likely to be lethal doses of poison there?
Cheers

No. No recorded episode of death by badly fried potato;
nor badly nuked.

If a potato is exposed to light (while growing or storage), it will turn green. The green color is due to chloraphyl, which is not toxic. But when a potato turns green, it also produces another chemical which is toxic. So you should never eat potatoes that have turned green. (Growers mound up dirt over the potato tubers to prevent this.) Small traces of green sometimes seen in commercial potato chips are generally too small to worry about. Always store your potatoes in a dark place. Over-cooking or under-cooking potatoes doesn't have any effect on the amount of toxins.

No, Potatoes don't have poisons. That is one thing that no matter how much national goverments and health nuts try they can't make dangerous to eat. Now, were they fun for your tummy to digest, it depends on how tender your tummy is. Cooked foods almost always are easier to digest than raw. The cooking process heats up the cells and causes some of them to break open and realease their enzymes making them easier to digest (the enzymes kind of tenderize the rest of the food and help in digestion.)

I can find no mention of potatoes carrying any toxins that would be dangerous to eat. Although the potato itself if a member of the poisonous "nightshade" family of plants, and its leaves and other parts are, in fact, poisonous.
The potato itself was domesticated by the Incas thousands of years ago, and the poison was bred out of it.
People have eaten raw potato-- and aren't dead. I don't think you have anything to worry about.

You won't get poisoned from improper cooking. Green potatoes are poisonous, but they do not make it to market. But all that grease is bad for you. I don't blame you, I eat the too hard fries also.

the green isnt poisonous like "make u die" poison, under normal circumstances the green from a potato will make some people cranky n irritable. just dont b cranky n irritable to the wrong person n make them kill u, and u will b fine. potatoes happen to b related to deadly night shade, but they r not close, just similar enough that a potato left exposed to the sun will develop a green shade to it and that green stuff is the poison or toxin...cool huh?

you dont have to worry about undercooked potatoes, theyre not poisonous.
there's a reason the waiter asks how you'd like your steak cooked, but not you mashed potatoes...meat, eggs, and fish are the only ones you have to worry about cooking thoroughly.
PS: try to enjoy the fries...cook em to perfection and just eat them instead of weighing them (or massing them in this case)

you are more likely to get sick from bacteria, (if it was present) than the green bits. it is always a good idea to heat previously cooked foods to an internal temp of 165 degrees farenheit, which is a safe temp for killing most things that could make you sick.
