I am planning on getting married in Las Vegas but would like some personal reviews. Have you been married in Las Vegas? If so, where and how was your experience?

My sister got married at the Flamingo, and it was gorgeous. Super easy too, since almost every place has full wedding packages. All she had to do was show up!

My husband and I got married in Vegas and it was quite easy actually. The hotels all have chapels now. The hotel will put you in touch with the proper person who will set up your chapel date and time and reception requirements including menu and bar choices. We had a package offered to us for the wedding which included a video (it's been a while), champagne glasses, champagne, flowers and the like. We sent invitations, set up a block of rooms for the guests, and scheduled outside events for those who wished them. It was a week long celebration for most. This is a huge business so you can count on the hotels doing it up right.

I'm getting married in September at the Flamingo with an all inclusive package. This has taken alot of stress off me since all I had to do is 1) pick the hotel, 2) pick the flowers I wanted and 3) pick the music I wanted. Everything else is taken care of for you. A co-worker of mine got married in April also at the Flamingo with my same package and he said everything turned out fabulous and he and his bride were extremely pleased.

Good Luck!

it was fantastic - loads of choice (over 70 chapels), you can pay whatever your budget allows, and you're spoiled for choice for reception and entertainment venues. We chose the Bellagio Terrace overlooking the lake and that was wonderful - very romantic.

Try the website below - it's really good for browsing, and lets you search every wedding package in Las Vegas by cost and themed/traditional ceremony.

Have fun!

I went to a wedding in Vegas last year and it was beautiful they had the wedding at a resort and had the reception at the Italian restaurant at the same resort. everything was absolutely beautiful. I wish my husband and I would have done that, it would have been much cheaper.
