My own direct personal experience. I was agnostic, but wanted an answer (one way or the other, I did not care). So I investigated, meditated, etc - and then I experienced God's presence.

I have witnessed how he has changed a drug dealer and user at the end of his rope be saved from certain death and to be filled with love and joy.
I have seen little children full of the Holy Spirit with hope and happiness beyond measure that God's radiant love be so powerful in them that just walking into a room they fill the room with God's goodness. They have compassion for elderly, I see how they think of others before themselves.
I fealt myself become filled with the Holy Spirit the moment I first believed. I still feel that way, but that moment it happened, I will never forget. No drug, no other experience on earth can compare to that feeling.
I look at a leaf, a simple leaf and think of photosynthesis. How could this just evolve? It wasn't by chance or luck, it was created by the Creator himself, God.
Before an invention is built, such as the car, it was an idea in someones head. Then they built (created) it. It didn't just become what it is by some molecules randomly mixing together to become a car. The first car was created, everything you see had it's origin in the form of some form of creation. If a person works for a year on building a custom model airplane, once he is finished with it and sees it flying in the sky, he marvels at his creation. He loves it because he created it. What more reason to believe that the One who created us would love us in a like manner. His love for us though is beyond measure.

Well, I think that's about it: I FEEL there is a God. Does that prove anything? No. Is my feeling any more legitimate than your feeling that there is no god? No. But I think there is one. I feel comfort when I pray and have been overcome with a feeling of love and security from what I call God. But that doesn't mean it actually *is* God. I believe there is a God, but I know there might not be one.
I have to say, though, that I am not 100% convinced that God=Creator. I don't know.

I have faith that the Bible contains Truth (though not always "literal truth"); the testimonies of the lives of the Saints sometimes provide compelling evidence of God, sometimes via direct contact with Him or by miracles.
But much moreso than that, it's an Inner Conviction that refuses to be shaken. I left my faith for about 5 years, and did much Soul-seeking and questioning; saw much (as many do) that made me question "If God exists, why would He let x happen?" And certainly did my best to destroy the Soul I was given through egotistical self-centered behaviors...
And when all was said and done, and I finally reached the bottom of the barrel, guess Who was still there, awaiting my return? Although I've never heard God's voice out loud, or seen any visions, I nonetheless have had experiences that attest to the Divine Presence...not only that, but in some ways, the fact that I haven't "heard voices" etc. makes it even better, more convincing for me (i.e., I know it's not some mental psychosis).
Some things just resonate in my Soul as Truth...and the Existence of God is one of those things.
Peace.

I don't feel. I know there is a God. Look around you. Do you know anything about DNA? Look at the animals, the universe, the mountains and this is only what you can see. What you can't see is even more amazing and intelligent and full of knowledge.
In the Book of Jeremiah, God says, "Call on Me and I will show you great and mighty things." I did this and one morning I was awakened with "Get up and see the wonders of God." I went outside and at the top of the hill was a ball of light brighter than any moon and I was afraid and hurried back inside. When I went back out it went down behind the hill. It was beautiful and a light that I had never seen in my life. This was at 3:15 a.m. in the morning. I serve a Living God and He did what I asked even though I was too scared to appreciate it. Have you ever asked God for a parking spot? For the ability to get over 4 lanes of traffic easily? For making a long trip short?
Get your heart right with Him and you can ask Him almost anything. God takes pleasure in us and He wants us talking to Him and acknowledging Him in all that we do.

It feels good to believe in God. It is better than thinking we came from dirt. Who made the dirt? Then who made that being? It's an endless question. So I choose God! I dont believe we came from monkeys either....hello then who made the monkeys....it all had to start somewhere...and I am pretty sure there are no half monkey and humans walking around..if there was such thing as evolution... wouldnt we still be evolving now? Wouldnt there be some freaky looking things in the woods right now.. If you dont believe in God than what do you believe in?

I cannot conceive in my mind that this universe just poped up with order out of "Nothing". That would take a gargantuan amount of faith based on all the known evidence science has ascertain. I don't see perfect order in Evolution. There are way to many hole in this concept for me to accept such a Theory of life. Honestly! I just don't see what they see. To many holes, not enough evidence to disprove the existence of God. God is the only other choice for me. Quite frankly!
It is the best Choice, because my life would be miserable if I actually believed that this is all that will ever be.
My hope is in Christ and in the "Everlasting life" to come.
John 3:16. (Faith).

The servants of GOD like the Prophets and Saints and their disciples have a third eye so to speak; or a mind who sees everywhere the wonders of all the creations of GOD. Among simple yet wonderful creation of GOD that we take it for granted is light itself. And we wonder and ask, How does light generated? Or how do plants unbond the molecules of oxygen and hydrogen (H20 are two atoms bonded together)? Why is energy according to scientists is the final reality or is only the thing that is real? In the Book of Revelations the elders-kings in heaven sing the SONG OF THE LAMB as follows: Great and wonderful are your works LORD GOD ALMIGHTY; Just and true are YOUR ways of KING OF THE SAINTS.....THANKS GOD; FEAR GOD (Wondrousness); PRAISE GOD; GLORIFY GOD; HONOR GOD; LOVE GOD AND WORSHIP GOD.

Because God's Spirit lives in me, guiding me, empowering me and praying through me. The Holy Spirit confirms with my spirit that I am a child of God and confesses within me "Abba Father".

I don't, because there isn't a god
most people think they "feel" gods presence when things get though. but this is just what they wish to feel and believe, feeling or believing that their is a god holding your hand and guiding you can make live a bit easier
but I don't believe what I don't see and I never saw a god...
