The A-1 Abrahms tank is definately the best in the world. Of course a large scale land war in which tanks are used in great numbers is pretty much an impossibility these days. Armed insurgencies seem to be the future of war. You had Vietnam, Korea, Russia vs Afghanastan, 2nd gulf war.

Canada's tanks have been through both world wars and are still battle ready. Well, one has a broken track and the other's turret won't turn, but they both shoot (when we can sneak ammo out of the museum).
