Sweet answer No. Law of England doesn't recognize Islamic law. However , if you want to married Islamic law, married at Islam country and register under England Law.
England court will not recognize your marriage under Islam law, however you are cover with both.

Not sure what you mean by law. The laws of the country you are in affect the legal aspects of your marriage. These are generally relative to how you pay taxes and how property is divided in the case of divorce or death - the other way they affect your marriage is in how you treat your spouse in terms of abuse.
Your religious laws may still be observed as long as they don't contradict the laws of the country you're in. So you may be able, under your religion, to beat your wife but in most western countries this is a crime.
