Does anyone else have to suffer through the work day by having to listen to your lazy coworkers speak Spanish?

They speak this all day long, and the other co-workers are getting pissed off. How can we tell them to knock it off? Management is too scared to do anything.

Today's my lazy day as well :D I've had school all week, soccer practice everyday, yesterday I was wicked busy, today I've done nothing but lay around in my pj's, watch tv, and **** like that. I suspect that this is not a request for help, but a political statement. Does it bother you and your co-workers when you hear English? If talking is not permitted at your work site, that's one thing. But if you're "suffering," from people talking in Spanish, get over it. Don't listen.

Why do you care if they talk amongst themselves in their native tongue? Why don't you learn Spanish and communicate with them?
