Working from the concept of Muslims not lying to each other (very bad)combined with the fact there are many Muslims who know the Qur'an completely and topping that off with the promise of Allah (SWT) that the Qur'an will be protected, it's impossible for the Qur'an to be corrupted. Any Muslim can correct an imam during salat if a verse is said incorrectly if that Muslim knows the surah.

The Quran replaced into initially surpassed as a analyzing from the coronary heart, each and every of the readings from the early Muslims, with variation readings have been authorized with the aid of Muhammad. Later, the readings replaced into surpassed right down to new generations. Please remember, even although the revelations have been written down on a number of medias for the duration of Muhammad time, no longer each and every physique had the privilege to evaluate to it. It replaced into purely with the aid of reminiscence that those Quran have been surpassed directly to later Muslims, which custom continues to be practiced at present, self reliant of the written textual content textile. As for the textual content textile, the photographs of the letters might substitute, yet no longer the orders of the letters (no longer words or sentences yet letters, repeat the Quranic letters had no longer replaced) One is a crap on condition that he would not comprehend what he's speaking approximately.

How could anybody possibly know whether or not any of them have been corrupted. They were all written by men in the first place and because they have been protected by men there is a fair chance they have been corrupted. Don't these books tell us that all men are weak and full of sin.

The only version of the Quran accepted as truthful is the one written in Classical Arabic, language that is not even close to the Modern Standard Arabic of today. Not to mention that the countries that speak Modern Standard Arabic today, have their own dialects per each country. Most of the people in Islamic countries have very little education or none at all. And even those that have a higher education, if they cannot master Classical Arabic, they cannot read and understand the Quran either. Only the "clerics" versed in Classical Arabic can read and understand the true meaning of the Quran. According to those "clerics" each and every verse of the Quran has seven (7) meanings, to be applied accordingly (clever!) and no translation of the Quran is the Quran, only the original Quran is the Quran. Those clerics are the ones actually guilty of all the misleadings on the message of the Quran, which they interpret according to their own agendas.
"Perhaps, and I stress on "perhaps", the actual Quran has not been corrupted, but its meaning has been.

The ideas and answers I have got from them is that their God's word is not good enough but he needs a further promise to keep his word. This is silly being as the promise is written within the word that could be corrupt. Apparently Allah does not understand that if his word is corrupt a promise within the word is pointless...seems an all knowing God would understand if his written word could not be trusted it could not be trusted apparently Muslims accept checks as payment for bad checks...the fact is if they do not call the true word of God corrupt they have no answer as to why their Allah is not in agreement with the God that is before Muhammad.

We don't know for certain that it's not been corrupted. Jews believe the Torah is the word of God and Muslims believe the Koran is the word of God and has not been corrupted.
Belittling others religions by suggesting their holiest texts are not the original is a sure way to annoy them

Corruption can be literally of the written text, but more insidiously it can be the corruption of the author's intended meaning of the original text, usually to support some leader's/s' or entrenched institution's agenda.

The Koran is not inspired or dictated by God or Gabriel it was written by an apostate monk who had left his monastery and met Muhammad in the desert.
That's why there are some similarities to the Sacred Scriptures in it.

The Qu'ran has remained the same, word - by - word since its revelation to Muhammad (s.a.w) from Allah (s.w.t) 1400 years ago. The original copy of the Qu'ran is still around today to prove that.
In the Qu'ran it says...
{This Quran is not such as can be produced by other than Allah; on the contrary it is a confirmation of (revelations) that went before it, and a fuller explanation of the Book - wherein there is no doubt - from the Lord of the worlds. Or do they say, "He forged it"? say: "Bring then a Surah like unto it, and call (to your aid) anyone you can besides Allah, if it be ye speak the truth!"} Surah 10:37-38
Unlike the Torah and the Bible that was protected by man, with the Qu'ran Allah took the responsibility of protecting and preserving it.
