Depends on the dog, some will be, some wont be.
I would think most would be though seeing as a tiger is bigger.

I would imagine anything would be scared of something 4-5 times larger that itself!

my dog would be but he is afraid of any animal bigger than him but I have seen tiny dogs try and attack my 100 pound GSD so who knows if they would be scared of a giant cat.

What animal or person WOULDN'T be afraid of an animal that can, and probably would, eat them alive? It's just common sense!
