I am the same as you my friend. I have always had a passion for languages. Over the years I have learned many.
El español es muy útil y fácil. Spanish was very easy.
O português era um pouco mais duro de aprender. Portuguese was a little tougher
Now, French and German. I love French but German is really awesome. It doesn't sound as nice as French though.
Here is an example...
French...
J'aimerais tenir votre main.
and in German...
Ich würde lieben, deine Hand zu halten.
What I said in both languages is,
"I would love to hold your hand."
German is harder and French is more beautiful.

If you speak Spanish and Catalan, French will be quite easy for you. The grammar and vocabulary is quite similar to Catalan and Spanish.
German is more like English, but the pronunciation and grammar are different.
It really boils down to whom you wish to talk with and where you expect to live.
If you learn French, German will be easier, because many of the words in French that are unrelated to Romance languages have Frankish roots, which are similar to German.
You might consider learning both.

If you love literature and arts, then choose French. It is easier to learn since you already know Spanish. French has latin roots so is Spanish. If you plan to be more scientific then choose German. Lots of science articles are written in German. It will take you longer to learn German. German grammar is pretty tough.

I would choose German. I had German for 3 years in school. I used every bit of it when I was in Germany, but I would say German first, then French.

French, because it fits very nicely with Spanish and Catalan ... you will have a good sense of the geographical and linguistic continuity of Romance languages and will be ideally prepared to learn Italian when you have the opportunity.

French is a romantic language, as is Spanish.
If you want to challenge yourself, go for German.

the German grammer is much mor difficult then the Frensh, but the Frensh language is more difficult to pronounce.
Well, I´d choose German, because Grman is the biggest Eropean language. It has about 120.000.000 Speakers.
(On the other hand, you could use Frensh also in some ex-colonys of France like: Marocco, Algeria and Tunesia).
So you have to take your own choice.

The language of the center. Even the phrases handed on by means of the entire first-class lecturers and prophets have been acquired by means of every listener otherwise. Ditto for the very phrases of the Bible which succeed in individuals otherwise day-to-day. If you're watching for common old texts, check out ARAMAIC or LATIN and GREEK as good as Hebrew. Interestingly, while God did the Ten Commandments the primary time, common study suggests that the finger of God permeated by way of the complete stone, which supposed that the letters have been obvious from each back and front! Of path Moses destroyed the ones 2 stones and redid the commandments later by means of dictation. See Exodus.
