I personally like California rolls....my roommate use to make them and i tried it when I would go to the sushi bar but they never use to make it as good as she did.

Sushi was street food in Japan much like the taco trucks in Texas to LA. Made to go on the run, it is my absolute favorite food, even better than pizza, since I can't eat cheese.
My husband like toro, eel and shrimp but I like to make up new kinds since the sushi chefs become my friends and like to experiment as much as I do having made too many California rolls.
Rice and other vegetables covered in thin avocado slices like a caterpillar roll
California rolls made with pickled ginger slices (I am allergic to seafood, even surimi crab is made with crab flavoring)
Asparagus, cucumber and rice rolls

I love sushi! My faves are Shrimp tempura roll, Philadelphia roll, Spider roll, and Fantasy roll.

i am open to all kinds of sushi, i love it , california roll, salmon, lobster maki, crabsticks name it!!! i was once in yo sushi in London with my grandpa, i was so surprised that he was into sushi so i was ecstatic that we were going! every type of sushi that came on the belt, i took, lol it was really funny but sushi is seriously a great invention. it's 3 am where i am now, and u got me hungry for sushi! :(

I like tamago and simple salmon rolls with wasabi/soy sauce slurry, but the ultimate is this monster of a roll they make in my university. It's cream cheese, krab, and cucumber wrapped in nori, sushi rice, then topped with alternating strips of raw tuna and salmon. It is phenomenal.

I LOVE SUSHI TOO!!!
My favorites are the Salmon Nigiri, Eel Nigiri, Caterpillar roll (Avocado, cream cheese and eel), The Hairy Mexican (shrimp, avocado, spicy sauce and topped with crab stick and eel sauce) and the house roll at my favorite restaurant (shrimp tempura, eel, avocado, Japanese mayo and topped with more eel, tobiko and wasabi tobiko.

I love sushi too.
You should try a "dragon's eye''.
The whole roll is dipped in tempura & fried, it's so crispy and delicious!!
