Hey all, can you all please help me? My boyfriend is graduating the police academy in august and I'm trying to plan him a great evening party surrounded by friends, family and his favorite food. I got the location, and the theme is going to be Police (of course) but that's about all i have. Can you give your opinions, advice and any ideas you may have? This will help me plenty. Thanks

Get lots of doughnuts and coffee. Rent some German Shepards and put little sweaters on them that say K-9. Make fuzzy handcuff party favors - etc....

You can have fun with this one... * Get some cheapie masking tape and make outlines of people on the drive way in goofy poses ! *Try and buy some targets, like at a shooting range and use those for place mats or tablecloth...Get mini toy squirtguns and make them into plastic ware holder..with some pipe cleaners.... Or use fake sheriff badges for the holders. Get black silverware...and place settings... Food guys like cookouts..hamburgers, hotdogs, brats and beer !! Center the menu around cop phrases..... *pigs in a blanket... *911 hot wings * that sorta lingo... If you have a Steve and Barry's by you they have inmate t-shirts guests might like that and they are pretty cheap...

aww that's really nice of you! You could get a cake shaped like handcuffs or a police badge. Go to a store and get him a little kids police kit so he can wear the hat and stuff. you could also get red and blue flashy lights from spencers to be the lights on the top of the car!

For your choice of music, you should just play The Police. That would be so funny I'm sure after about three songs people would pick up on it and just start cracking up.

fake a robbery at your house and have some people act dead and put fake blood on them, call the cops, and hope he goes there, and everyone else jumps out and yells suprise
