I understand that raw fish must be kept under the following conditions to be fit for sushi consumption. Where can I find sushi-ready fish in England?

-4ºF (-20ºC) or below for 168 hours (7 days) in a freezer; or

-31ºF (-35ºC) or below for 15 hours in a blast freezer.

try waitrose ,if they havent got it ask at the fish counter and they maybe able to get it
