Does Louis Pasteur ... " spontaneous generation " ring any bells ? .. Pasteur rebutted the belief that life could come from something dead or inanimate .. he proved that all new life forms (babies so to speak) come only from other living forms (parents so to speak) ... He proved that even micro organisms which could not be seen with the naked eye needed parent(s) .. Do you see what I am saying ? all life comes from life .. So to ... Al_sparagus ... Most Vegans do not go along with the so called Propaganda .. We question , we read , we learn , we understand ... We do know truth from fiction .. We chose to see the truth ... Milk has enough bad effects without us having to add any !

Who is sellling this BS, Dr. Mercola or PETA? Anything left out will get maggots if flies have access to it and no fly lives its lifecycle in milk! A maggot is the larval state of all flies.
Milk with maggots is spoiled and should not be consumed,. and neither should nutritional nonsense spread by ill-informed fanatics.

Milk maggots exist, but are not too common. Milk maggots, like all maggots, consume only dead or decaying cells. The souring of milk produces decaying bacteria in the milk, which results as a nice little snack for them. As long as you stay away from sour milk, you should be okay!

Maggots will live in anything if you leave it out long enough. Experiment with different food scraps if you want to see. Once I had a bunch of maggots in the sink because I left dirty dishes in there when I was gone for two weeks. If you pour boiling water over them they pop like rice krispies.
Oh, and maggots are baby flies, so they wouldn't live their entire life cycle in there. Once they grow their wings they fly away.

As far as I know - no.
Maggots eat one thing - dead flesh.
Which is why they are so useful in cleaning out badly infected wounds - they eat the dead flesh and leave the healthy tissue alone.
I guess you could say maggots and meat-eaters have something in common!

More militant vegan propaganda for sure.
Thanks for proving my point once again.
You can leave milk out and allow flys to get into it and yeah maggots will eat it, but calling them "milk maggots" is simply disgusting and misleading.
Thats like me dropping a cat into the bathtub and calling it a "Water cat"

No. Milk is one of the most highly-regulated of the agriculture industries. No way would maggots and flies pass the rigid inspection process that every oz. of milk is subject to.
So drink you milk!
