What foods have iron and protein besides meat?
Im doing the vegetarian thing and my parents think beans are pretty much the only things besides meat that has protein.
I dont know about iron either.

Almost everything has protein. Beans, whole grains, nuts are a few of the foods that have a good amount. You can get iron from dark leafy greens.

First of all, Proteins are found in TONS of foods other then meat. So is Iron. Therefore if you eat enough veggies and fruits you will have just as much protein and iron as any meat eater would except, you wont have heart problems, clogged arteries or cancers caused by eating meat.

protein, basically nuts and beans..and tofu, its really good don't let anybody tell you different

iron, fruit and veggies..especially veggies..salads it is summer, eat salads with nuts beans and tofu and you'll be alright, and if those don't work ask your doctor He'll [She'll] tell you to take a multivitamin that has all of the above
