Taco salad
Mix 15 oz sour cream w/ 1 pack taco seasoning.
Put on bottom of dish. Next layer w/ tomatoes, lettuce, and shredded cheese ( cheddar, mexican mix, whatever). chill for an hour at least. Serve w/ tortilla chips.
Vegetable pizza
Roll out 2 crescent rolls and bake according to directions. Allow to cool. Mix 8 oz softened cream cheese w/ 1 pack ranch dressing. Spread over "pizza dough". Top with your cheese and then choice of veggies. I just get mine off the grocery store's salad bar. I.E. broccoli, cauliflour, red onions. The last time I made it, I also added some of the bacon from the salad bar, it was a great touch. I wouldn't use bottled bacon bits, though.

Dirt Cake Recipe
Ingredients
1-1/2 to 2 pounds chocolate sandwich cookies (like Oreos®)
1/4 pound (1 stick) margarine
4 packages instant chocolate pudding (made according to directions)
12 ounces non-dairy whipped topping (like Cool Whip®)
Candy gummy worms
Instructions
Clean a new plastic flower pot (a rectangular window box is perfect) and a gardening shovel or trowel. Crush the cookies in a food processor or place them in a ziplock bag and use a rolling pin. The crumbs will resemble potting soil. Mix crumbs with melted margarine and make a 2-inch crust on the bottom of the flower pot. Combine the pudding and whipped topping, then spread on the crust. Put gummy worms on the pudding and spread the remaining crumbs on top. You can arrange some of the gummy worms so that their heads poke out of the "soil". Refrigerate overnight. Wrap the stems of some artificial flowers with foil and arrange in the pot, then serve the cake using the trowel.

This recipe takes a little time, but it is really good and easy to serve.
1 pkg cracker bread (found in your deli dept)
2 pkgs cream cheese
1 bunch water cress
2 pkgs thin sliced ham
2 cans sliced black olives
Spread softened cream cheese on each of the cracker bread. Then layer on the water cress, sliced ham & olives. Roll each cracker bread as tightly as you can. The cream cheese will help to hold it together. Wrap in waxed paper and refrigerate over night. Just before the party, unwrap the rolls and slice into one inch pieces. Arrange them on a platter so they look like pinwheels.
