Diabetes is nothing more than a wake up call. You can either take care of it, or let it take care of you. Simple.

In conclusion. From the information presented we can see that diabetes can be managed and a person live a quality life. True, we all must die, this a fact of life. But, we can also live while we are here. Live life for what we have and not quit when faced by the oppositions of life. When the day comes that we face the Grim Reaper, we can proudly look him in the face and say; "I fought the good fight, and I leave a Winner"!

Well, a little overkill, but, maybe it give you some ideas. But, try to give a forceful ending, put more boldness and assurance into your voice. This reinforces what you have talked about. You should have stated the facts and end with a bang!

Inform people of the severe effects of diabetes like blindness, an amputated hand or feet. It's more than just feeling dizzy and faint when you don't have enough sugar or feeling weak and headaches when your sugar is too high.

Left untreated diabetes could lead to blindness, wound infection and possible amputation. Education, behavioral modifications and access to specialists are the keys to successful therapy.

One can live with diabetes with proper maintence, or give up and die. Like anything, it's a choice.
