Depends on if it's a half or quarter key. Also, the cost vary from location to location but here's a general idea:

Quarter keg will be around $30-$35. Half keg will be around $55-60.

This does not include $10 deposit for the keg that you'll get back once it's returned. It will also cost you about $15-$25 deposit for the tap which you also get back. It will cost you around $5 to rent the tap which you don't get back.

You can find a 1/2 barrel (aka a full keg) for anywhere from $55 to $90, depending on the store. There are 124 one pint cups of beer in one of these, minus all the beer you lose to foam.

I think the last one I bought was around $60. Which of course didn't include the deposit and tapper rental.
