Hi Treadstone...

My all-time favorite cookbooks over the years have been:

The Uncheese Cookbook by Joanne Stepaniak. Learn how to make vegan cheese from scratch -- easily!

May All Be Fed by John Robbins. This is a book that has recipes in the back. This was one of my very first vegan cookbooks and I am STILL making many of the delicious recipes from this book (and it's been 13 years!!).
