why clean the intestine , im sure back in the day when we were all hunters we didnt clean we just ate as is , absorb the juices ya know?? if you really really liked pig intestine you wouldnt have to wash away the flavoring hun.

Turn them inside out like you would a ox stomach (tripe) or an old sock. Rinse well and place in boiling water to sterilise for about 10 minutes.
Stuff, with your own version, and make home-made sausages.

Just hose it out, I should think, and make sure you get rid of any parasites. Those can be really nasty... as in deadly.

Your best bet would probably lie in talking to a butcher, so that he can tell or even show you what to do.
