I went for a walk to see if fresh air would ease it but to no avail. I don't feel like I've got a cold either! Cheers.

there is nothing to an acute infection , drink lots of luke warm water also add two tea spoon of honey few drops of ginger juice in glass of warm water drink,. do not smoke
take Arsenic album -30, 2/3 doses within two days you will feel normal
enjoy good health

asthma possibly. however fluid coming out? see a doctor today. i would also try warm coffee (not too hot) and take it in small fast sips. you will see the weezing go away....i hope.

Coughing up bits of blood isn't good and if It was me I would have already see a doctor.

sounds like some kind of upper respiratory infection. may be time to see the doc.

You need to see the doc ASAP. this may be nothing but it has the potential to be something serious.
