I'm looking for the foods (vegetarian) that are the most rich in copper. Poking around the internet so far has gotten me about a million different answers. Any advice?

Brazil nuts,Cashew nuts,poppy seeds,sunflower seeds,chickpeas,liver(beef or chicken) oysters,natural cereals,meat,and fish.
So ,we're going to omit the meat and liver. This leaves quite a bit of copper for the vegetarian.
