Hmmmmm..... Just take a step back and watch yourself in action over the next 3 days. Resolve to mark, in a journal, or just a piece of paper in your pocket, every time you are about to lie, or every time you lie. Just watch yourself, don't interfere in the first 3 days. Journal on the topic of how this behavior benefits you (or served to benefit you in the past...) Perhaps you don't feel your own real life is worthy enough?
Second, be very friendly and gentle with yourself. Greet this part of yourself, thank it for keeping you safe over the years, and tell it you are ready to be on your own now. Do this for as long as it takes, every time it happens.
Good luck, and remember, let yourself off the hook first, then changes can happen.

Okay are u lieing now? The best way to help yourself is to think before u speak.This way it will give u time to realize u are going to tell a lie.Remember when u tell one lie u have to tell another to cover up the first one. It takes alot of work and no one likes a liar...Good luck

i see many people these days who just like to lie. why? not sure. cure? not sure...maybe u try to belong to group of people who u are not suppose to belong too. try to stay in smaller groups of friends... like 1 or 2 only. peole you trust.
